Administration of Attracting and Nurturing Talented 

Administration of Attracting and Nurturing Talented at the University of Jeddah was established pursuant to University President’s Decision No. (1378 Q), dated 18/5/1438 AH, reflecting the University’s commitment to supporting talent, excellence, and creativity, and its alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program in investing in human capital and empowering promising national talent. The Department focuses on attracting gifted and high achieving students, identifying their potential, and supporting their academic, research, and skills development through enrichment programs and initiatives, specialized admission pathways, and support for participation in local and international competitions and forums. It also builds partnerships with relevant organizations to enhance students’ capabilities and empower them to achieve excellence and leadership in their areas of talent. The Department further works to foster a university environment that encourages creativity and innovation and enhances opportunities for professional development, scientific research, and entrepreneurship for gifted students. These efforts align with international best practices and strengthen the University of Jeddah’s role in preparing distinguished national talent capable of competing locally and globally.
